Before You Leave Us

We understand that you’re considering closing your account, but before you make a final decision, if you have specific concerns or issues that are prompting you to consider closing your account, we’d be happy to address them. At VaultsPay we are dedicated to finding solutions that align with your needs. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless experience and continue to enjoy our services.

If you’ve decided to proceed with closing your account, we respect your decision. Please follow these important points to ensure everything is handled correctly:

Ensure that you Transfer/Withdraw all your funds from the account you’re closing. Your account must have a zero balance to proceed with the closure.

It is crucial to save or download your transactions history for your records, if required. Once the account is closed, you will lose access to your online transactions history and statements.

Ensure that any pending transactions are fully processed before initiating the account closure. This includes any pending payments, transfers, or deposits. Any transactions that are still in progress may be canceled or left incomplete if the account is closed prematurely.

Fees and Charges

A fee of AED 100 is applied if the account is closed within 6 months of opening. For accounts opened more than 6 months, there are no fees or charges for closure.

By closing your account, you acknowledge and agree to this fee and the associated terms.

How to Close Account

Step 01

Navigate to Profile

Go to ‘Profile Section’ in VaultsPay application

Step 02

Initiate Closure

Tap on ‘Close Account’ and agree to account closing terms

Step 03

Verify & Confirm

Confirm with OTP and your account will be closed
